Don Ed Hardy is a man that didn’t intend on entering the fashion and cosmetic world. He is not a designer, nor a fashion expert, but his brand ‘Ed Hardy’ has become one of the most popular brands around today.

Recognised for his ability to incorporate Japanese tattoo aesthetic to his work, this American tattoo artist has now become a popular fashion icon. He was approached by a fashion label to produce clothing based on his well-known tattoo images. It was only a few years after the ‘Ed Hardy’ brand was up and running that it has now had global success. The ‘Ed hardy’ style has now expanded to include other products in the fashion world. The latest release is the Ed hardy perfume that is designed for both men and women.

The fragrances represent his personal design and the bottles include a personal touch. The bottles are covered in Hardy’s own designs and give it a true ‘ed hardy’ look. The women’s perfume bottle is decorated in a tattoo skull fusion, with hearts and roses, which attempt to capture vintage romance in a bottle. The women scent is combined of zesty floral tones and fruity essence. The bottle for men has Hardy’s tiger tattoo and is a dark, ominous bottle.
